There is no way Trump would agree to pretend to have CV-19. He never would agree to show weakness. It is one of his survival skills.
He has it.

Or, alternately, the white supremacist stuff was really dragging him down, including with the religious right, so trump “gets sick”, survives, says it was like having the flu, took HCQ, just like he said all along.

I’m not saying it’s true but it’s viable on multiple levels.
