If they were terrorists, then throw dirt on them and move on, IDGAF if they’re fed to lions or mailed back to their shitty families COD. If they were staffers, I’m sorry they did not have the protection they should have been able to expect in the nation’s capitol - it’s truly unforgivable as it is unbelievable.

the white house and the prez are pretty well protected
apparently the capitol is not so much at all

maybe this was systemic - ie there was never any ‘real’ protection in place for the capitol

or the police et al just dropped the ball ‘this time’ and then were overwhelmed - you know, palling around with the rioters, taking selfies, etc - as we’ve seen elsewhere

seriously - someone not even a maga, not even ‘connected’ to the riots could have piggybacked on them for cover and walked into the building with a bomb and blown the place up with all those congresspeople in there

this is kind of chilling
