You need to move back there and straighten some people out.

That’s in the plans. When I decide to retire I’m either going to end up in southern AZ or Mexico. I have a friend who managed to retire at 40 (there’s a ton of money putting braces on rich kids!) and he moved out to Chandler a couple years ago.
