The official hours are up here, but we’ll get a few more older kids—each year has been better recently. The stragglers can fight me for the last half of the last pumpkin bowl.

I’m not even sure what the town’s official hours are, if any. But I shut down the lights about half an hour ago, after the Mrs. Fish’s folks went home. They come out every year, laugh at our costumes, eat the snack food we prepare, and hand out candy while we take the fishspawn around.
