Yeah, A&E owns the copyright as well as all the intellectual property. So even if the family would bear the cost of breaching every one of their contracts, there would be no way to make another “Duck Dynasty” on another network. A&E would be quick to sue anybody who tried to make a copycat show, even if under a different name.
