The problem isn’t the acid reflux, I can deal with that. It’s not knowing if it’s acid reflux or my heart. The uncertainty makes deciding what to do difficult.

Eg. I took nitroglycerine today in case it was angina. All that did was make me sleep for 3 hrs.

An Omron BP monitor will detect an abnormal heart rhythm. Beyond that try to think about you ate previously, acid reflux is usually triggered by fats & oils.
