re: #12 Hecuba’s daughter

Based on what I just heard on Nicole Wallace’s show, it appears that some of the Justices (presumably Alito and Thomas) are leaning in Trump’s direction. That’s probably why Robert’s is allowing a trial. Pure speculation, of course, but makes sense.
