It’s going to have to be something that will move more than the Youth. It will have to be at least 8 million people, Until they can get a mass there is no way they can overcome the Revolutionary Guards and the Basij.

The Basij need to have their secrecy stripped, their identities published, and their back broken swiftly. Any future uprising needs to preemptively greet them at their doorsteps with an ultimatum, either stand down now or catch an axe to the face. Otherwise it’s is likely to fail. Maybe harsh, but they’ve definitely earned it. There’s no dealing with Basij peacefully, they need to be excised like a cancer.
