Do not expect any sort of logical consistency, this is just a way around Roe v. Wade, and in line with Obdi’s statement that “We believe this in so far as it means that women should be forced to bear children, and not in any other way”

It won’t get around Roe, is the thing. The Supreme Court will boot this law if it ends up in front of them.
