re: #324 HappyWarrior
Just think someone will know him that will be alive in the 22nd century.
It gives me goosebumps to realize that many of the children born now, including my grandchildren, have a good chance of living into the 22nd century. The earliest born person that I have known in my lifetime was probably our neighbor in Colorado Springs, Mrs. Rice. She was born in Washington DC in 1859 and witnessed the Civil War as a small child. She had seen President Lincoln many times. She once remarked to me, when I was, iirc, about 9, that I might be one of the very last people alive who had actually known someone who had seen the great Lincoln with their own eyes.
