The cats new game is dashing out into the hall whenever I open the door to the apartment. Try to dash out when I leave in the morning, and try to dash by me when I come back after work.

And if I leave the door closed (via hinge spring tension) but not latched the cats are strong enough to get it open far enough to get in or out. But they open it enough that it will close hard enough to latch behind them.
