Compounding a bad law with a worse one IMO.

This bill will enable others to carry out acts of violence against people, and claim they were just firing warning shots.

You want to talk slippery slope of badness, this is it. And it started with an inane SYG doctrine, combined with poor law enforcement and investigations, etc.
