I get that. He’s trying to reframe his comms with these states as “election security concerns”, when the sum and substance of the conversation was all about what it would take to invalidate votes from places not favorable to Trump to deliver Trump a win.

That there are witnesses to Graham’s statements, and that those witnesses are fellow GOPers shows that Graham is fucked (legal term).
