Ha. Not lost of me sir. At the bottom of the article the idea of controlling run away population is sub-Saharan Africa is mentioned. I dislike discussions of the population control of a certain race or group of people (this would be eugenics, no?). Perhaps I am just squeamish.

You are squeamish. Conflating eugenics with the sensible proposal of making birth control available to women who want it is nonsense.
