I used to argue that cops had too much shooting range time and not enough judo or MMA time. There was a study where women cops were shooting way more often than the big men. Turns out smaller men, and women were less of a deterrent, and got attacked more by those who were resisting arrest. This became an argument to not hire smaller men or women at all. Until-Training and tactics were changed and the disparity went away. Sorry I have lost the report. No linky.
