Great, the idiots in Boise just passed a bill requiring SS couples married in another State to file individual tax returns. It now heads to the Senate were it will probably also pass and our Idiot Governor will sign it into law knowing full well that it will be challenged in the Courts.

House Passes New Rule Banning Same-Sex Couples from Filing Joint Idaho Taxes

BOISE- A new rule banning same-sex couples legally married elsewhere from filing joint Idaho income tax returns now moves to the Senate after the Republican dominated House passed the new policy 57-12.

This is the sort of thing I’ve been expecting, the one that’ll force the whole gay marriage issue into the supreme court under ‘full faith and credit’.

It’s that clause that broke Loving v Virginia.
