Not if they held French citizenship, were born in France, of parents who were born in France…

Prosecute people for acts, punish them.

But once again, to be clear, Lizardo was proposing expulsion of people from the place they’ve lived for generations for being who they were.

Or maybe letting them stay if they took a loyalty oath.
