Until a few years back those were illegal in Massachusetts. Lot’s of gas stations still don’t have them. I think they changed the law because people were just wedging their gas caps in the handle and they figured the clip was a better option.

There is no gas coming out of that pump. Do you hear the beeping? He hasn’t even selected a gas grade.
