I have noticed that , in all the true crime series shown here (First 48, etc) , the majority of both the victims and perpertrators are from one racial group .
Seriously, being soft on black crime only adversely affects other blacks. For their own sakes, there should be zero tolerance of drugs, knife carrying, etc.
