Whenever there’s an opening in registration, Charles always mentions how many “sock puppets” he caught. I’m a longtime reader, relatively new poster. That’s how I know.

Yes, and Charles is very adept at sussing them out. People are just a bit edgy because there are a bunch of folks who keep trying to re-register under new names after they are blocked, not to rejoin the chat but to be subversive.
