That said, I remember reading a Stacy McCain Usenet posting (or was that at his blog?) in which he reminisced how he had a Clinton-Gore sticker on his car. (Yes, the love of the Ds and the hatred of the Rs in the South was a matter of inertia for some time…). So I wouldn’t be surprised if someone like that made such buttons, stickers and whatnot.

I would say there is a big difference between official campaign materials and random boosters printing out homemade/local materials
