How do you figure they enjoy a company they own part of going bankrupt?

It’s the Goldman Sachs model.

- Load up on debt (sold off to suckers) to…
- Take the company private
- Pay huge consulting fees to the management consultants and bankers
- Dump the fragments and leave the suckers holding the bag
