Check out The Food Dictator The dude is a machine on cranking out recipes that look damn good, has a passion for world cuisine, and has a special love for Georgian food. There’s also this site, Georgianrecipes.net, which is has pretty good step-by-step on stuff, though the English is sometimes a bit dodgy. They’re the two I’m using, along with some cookbooks.

(…my New Year’s resolution is to put those cookbooks to work.)

Also good is Food Perestroika, which is all Eastern European and Central Asian—I really want to do a kurnik now, and Robot Pope help me, am considering by a proper plov pan.

I have that first website open. To the chicken and tomato stew, in fact. Maybe next week, if I have not worn out my desire to cook by everything I’ve done over the past two weeks.
