The scene that sticks in my mind -
When Igor picks up Frankenstein, and says, “Walk this way”. and Frankenstein starts following him, and Igor stops and says, “No, no! Walk this way!”, and isn’t happy until everybody is walking with a limp. I don’t know why, but I love that!

Mel’s movies are all great and contain more than their fair share of quotable quotes and memorable visuals.

Blazing Saddles is my favourite, especially Mongo.
