They used to have some cans of pie filling that had ballooned so much that they were actually supporting the shelf above. We feared to move them, lest either the shelf collapse, or the can explode.

Important note - the acid in fruit will, over time, attack the lining of cans, and then the solder.

Mmmm, botulism…
