Wow, a completely false argument from Rand Paul. Couldn’t have seen this coming.

It must follow, then, that if we are taxed at 0%, we’re completely FREE! Of course, if that were the case, there would be no government, no roads, libraries, police, firefighters, etc, etc, etc.

It’s almost like RP didn’t think this through.

It looks like you still don’t understand. A marginal tax rate of 39.6% means you’re half a slave and is worse than the Holocaust and Obamacare, but a Flat, Fair Tax rate of 18% on everything for everyone is Flat and Fair.
