I have to think Iraqi airspace is effectively, if not officially, controlled by the US. If Obama really wanted to be an asshole, he could order the USAF to intercept Israeli jets over Iraq.

It was the “officially” part I was wondering about, yeah O could do that if he wanted to and I have a feeling Hillary would support the decision.
