To be fair to the TPers, this bill is from the leadership, a modification of their early offering at which the TPers balked. The true TPers are still asking for more.

I can’t see where these deep cuts in education and environment are going to fly. Not with this president. I think it’s most likely a gesture to their voters. Least that’s what I’m counting on!
