The creator of that chart says the WSJ is left of center, that Ace of Spades is more reasonable than not, and that the most reasonable/restrained site listed is American Conservative.

It’s something of a rorschach test, actually, telling more about the person who placed the positions than about the organizations being placed. In this case I can tell he leans rather heavily conservative. (WSJ left? Really?)
