re: #325 The Vicious Babushka

I recall reading a few years ago that one state had contracted out its tourist information service to the prison industries. One major problem was that now criminals knew when people were going to be leaving their homes on extended vacations. I don’t recall what state it was, I want to say Michigan, but I could well be mistaken on that.
