I don’t have to go to court. The woman who hit me pleaded guilty to a felony. I only had to agree that community service was OK vs jail time (up to 3 years if she was found guilty).

Now I can focus on recovery, not, “Look how bad off I am.”

Good for you. Kinda wish they’d thrown the book at her, but I’m protective of my people.
