Wild days of youth, eh?

It’s a miracle so many males of the species survive to 30. I know I had a housemate and an ex who had a sort of dead pool involving me, with the ex wagering $20 that I wouldn’t live to 30, and the housemate wagering the same amount I’d be committed to the state nervous hospital and/or married by 30.
