IOW, Risen’s argument (and echoed by Malor in the tweet) is that Obama is the greatest threat to the press since…. GW Bush. Yeah, that’s exactly what’s going on here. Obama continues a policy and tries to go after those who are spilling classified documents/secrets, and he’s dinged for it.

The argument over what should or shouldn’t be classified, and who should have classified clearances, is a worthy debate, but under the current system, those who violate the clearances or steal the classified data are subject to the laws as they stand. That goes for Snowjob too.
