The One is reportedly “furious’ about this. Not annoyed enough to actually fire anybody, like the guy who authorized it a month ago and neglected to mention it to the New York Mayor’s office. (Bloomberg isn’t too happy, either.)

/Air Force One’s aircrew, acting on orders from their chain of command, get thrown under the bus in three, two, one…..

Minor correction, the mayors office was notified, but the information was not passed on to the mayor and yes the mayor is pissed.
