That happened to us last spring when we flew from Amsterdam to Prague. Our first flight was cancelled and then they had to find another airplane. Then when they bussed us out to the airplane OOPS WHERE’S THE FLIGHT CREW.

Could that have been what happened to your luggage that time - they left it on the first plane?
