And unfortunately, nearly all of the challenges will succeed. These won’t be Trump clown-lawyers making the arguments. Instead the arguments will come from real lawyers who know how to make arguments that partisan R judges will accept.

Who would take some of these EOs to court? Doesn’t there have to be an injured party beyond “The Government is doing unconstitutional crap” while I’m a citizen? If that’s the bar, I want to take the GOP to court right now.
