I get a sinus infection several times a year.

There have been mornings I’ve woken up to a blood covered pillow. At first I thought it was a nose bleed then one morning the pillow was covered, my throat was full of blood but there was no blood in my nose. I figure it had to be my sinuses.

Neti Pot has severely curtailed my sinus infections. I used to have several a year too! Now, just on or two. This one, I think is not new.
