People get arrested EVERY SINGLE DAY in Kentucky for terroristic threatening.
Some are charged with that for threatening judges and lawyers in divorce cases and other civil lawsuit cases.
Some are charged with it when they threaten neighbors and police for perceived injustices.
My favorites are the ones who threaten law enforcement for DOING THEIR JOBS (like delivering summonses).
All of those people go directly to jail.
Iโm just going to slip in here real fast and point out that these threats made by (and yes they ARE threats) Rhodes were made outside of Kentuckyโs borders and are therefore not prosecutable under Kentucky law. Federal law perhaps. But the decision to arrest and prosecute would be up to the Federal/State D.A. in the State were the offense took place. Lawhawk can correct me on this if I am wrong.
