The way I read that HuffPo question is that someone at the White House did their homework and saw that HuffPo had better coverage on the Iranian situation than anyone else. The question does raise issues of how closely the White House is trying to coordinate with media outlets, and the problem is that the media should be doing things at arms length and the White House has been coopting them for some time now.
