It’s such a load of BS too because “back in the good old days” we also had large swaths of people that couldn’t speak English. There is no law requiring Comcast to have Spanish available — it’s done purely for business reasons. If you run a business in areas with large numbers of non-English speaking customers and can’t communicate with them you’re going to lose a lot of business.
