Complaint about gay safe sex ads ‘homophobic’.
There has been an angry reaction to the removal of a safe sex advertisements in Brisbane featuring two gay men hugging.
That was about 10 hours ago.

This was 30 minutes or so ago.

Yes there are a vocal group of extreme right Christian types, but they are not a majority.
I think the same would be true in the US.

Sometimes it may seem that way, the noisiest wheels get oiled first.
Its a matter of whether the governments in power pander to it, its also about how the media portrays it.

I will not accept your view of ‘Christian conservatives’ as you describe it:
