Yep, in a primary Gillespie would win thanks to money, but in a convention I think Stewart has the strongest support. If more candidates will running, Wittman might be able to second-choice his way to the win.

(Second-choice being a made-up term to describe the second-choice for people in a convention. When their preferred candidate is eliminated, they move to their second choice. Wittman managed to get the nomination for the 1st congressional district back in 2007 by being the second-choice of a whole bunch of convention goers despite starting 3rd from the bottom among 9 candidates and ended up winning on the 6th ballot.)
