Like it or not, the buck stops there. Paulson was a disaster, as was Greenspan. The crisis started on Bush’s watch. It’ll take some time for Obama to own it.

Obama will never own it. That would be the mature thing to do. We call it “manning up.” He will do his best to never accept responsibility and the media will do all it can to help him.
