I very much doubt they feel guilty. There’s no reason for them to.

These are people who subscribe to an ideology where everything is about two sides, us and them. And one side is pure, whole good, and the other side is monstrous, unremitting evil. As far as they’re concerned, the shooter is a violent leftist. And the liberals are doing even worse - not satisfied with merely producing violent leftists, they’re actually daring to politicise this event and use it to attack them.

How can you feel guilty when your enemies are so evil?
