When I say that the GOP doesn’t see gun violence as a problem, I don’t mean to say they’re not horrified by things like Orlando. Certainly they were but their answer after things like Orlando, Sandy Hook, etc is always anything but guns. They’ll blame Islam (even though that white non-Muslim guy was on his way to CAlifornia to do something similiar), the lack of prayer in school (I can not tell you how many times I see Engle v Vitale blamed whenever a school shooting happens), legalized abortion (yep that happens too), etc. We have a problem with gun violence in this country. It’s a pity that only one party ercongizes this.
