Like I said above, it seems in their minds that this “deal” was predicated on the idea that this would be the sum total of what Biden could ask for with regards to infrastructure, either this year or this term. That by agreeing to a bill that focused on “hard” infrastructure, he was forfeiting the rest of the spending that the GQP would not support and would not seek to pass it by other means.

And so now they’re accusing him of having gone back on his word, which is horseshit because he never said at any time that this bill was the be-all, end-all from him on infrastructure.
