Yeah, it’s looking pretty nice. They’re also buiding a new mall up on the Thruway, almost parallel to where the Yonkers Scarsdale border is up on Central Avenue. And yeah, it is built on a swamp. Supposedly it’s sinking a little every year.

It’s been forever since I’ve been around Yonkers. Famous for its segregation in the schools. BTW, also for Mafia issues. Tanglewood Gang.

It’s fair to say I don’t much like Yonkers. But Westchester is pretty cool in general though; White Plains and some other places. Yonkers is a little atypical imo.
