All this fearmongering about North Korea gets me angry. They’ve had four unsuccessful nuclear tests, using up at least half of the plutonium their 50 MW reactor could possibly have produced in the time it was running, and even if they thought some <1/3 nominal yield firecracker was a war-winning* weapon, it would undoubtedly be too heavy for any of their (also unsuccessful) missiles to deliver. It’s just pandering to the people in this country who are afraid of their own shadows.
