Thoughtful indeed. According to the National World War II Museum, 496,777 of the 16 million Americans who served in World War II were alive in 2018, though that number dwindles every day. The very last remaining super-centenarians among them will probably hang on until about 2035.

I know 3 off the top of my head in my town still alive, hell I was having a beer with one just yesterday. And we lost 5 I know of in the last 2 years.
