MSNBC is the yin to FNC’s yang. This was explicitly told to me by an executive at NBC. The fact that MSNBC has Buchanan on the payroll as their “house conservative” tells me that they keep pat around (at least in part) because they want “their guy” to exhibit the very worst characteristics of right wingers.
